These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JobSeekerAI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are a launch-ready template and should be reviewed before broad public launch.

1. Service Description

JobSeekerAI provides job-search assistance tools, including Gmail-based job scanning, job-match analysis, resume tailoring, job chat, usage tracking, and draft email generation.

2. No Employment Guarantee

JobSeekerAI does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, compensation, employer responses, or application success. Outputs are assistance tools and should be reviewed by the user before use.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your resume, applications, and communications.
  • You must review AI-generated content before sending or submitting it.
  • You must not use the service to misrepresent qualifications or violate rules.
  • You must maintain the security of your account and connected services.

4. Gmail and Third-Party Accounts

If you connect Gmail, you authorize JobSeekerAI to access Gmail data only as needed to provide enabled features. Google and Stripe are governed by their own terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Users must review and edit outputs before relying on them.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features may require an active subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation, and billing management are presented during checkout or in the billing portal.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, billing requirements, or access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload malicious content or use the service to send spam.

8. Availability and Changes

The service may change, pause, or experience downtime. Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued as the product evolves.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSeekerAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities or employment outcomes.
